Minds.com = Open Source Social-Media

Wish I could share my channel-name but i'm a tin-foil hat wearing dude that most of you would think is a nut(while im actually a genius ).

Basically on Minds you earn points/money by just posting/likeing/reminding content which you can spend to "Boost" posts outside your network(To the whole Minds-community and not just your subscribers). For 100 points you get 100 views. DRASTICALLY different from facebook or other social media where you and everything you post is a product that the owners of the platform/social-media you're using is making huge profit out of.

Anyways, Minds.com is like a mix of Facebook and Twitter with ENCRYPTED and password-protected chatlogs and even video-chat/voice.(Not even minds-team can check your chatlog). You can blog, upload pictures, videos, anything really. 'Group's are also rather interesting now that it's updated(way better than FBs groups).

Worth a check for anyone interested in checking the pulse of the internet and the evolution of open source, bitcoin, social media and anything along those lines. Without a doubt the biggest internet community for free-thinkers.

It's all up to the public/users you know.. More and more are becoming aware how FB are manipulating their newsfeed with unknown formulas(literally) to make people more "addicted" to FB.. they even made several experiments that leaked out and became scandals of worst kind, but people forget all too fast.. and all programming is secret, while Minds is transparent. And FB, and all other platforms, literally hands all data to governments as soon as they ask(Which is not exactly popular in these times).

If you think ahead 10-20 years.. what do you yourself think will be the nr 1 social media? A free open-source platform created 100% for the benefit of the user or some internet-giant trying to enslave humanity? Actually I think FB might be nr 1 even in 10 years, but Minds will keep growing until it swallows everything.. sort of inevitable as long as they keep on track with transparency and their goals to not sell out(Which I doubt they will/need).

Same as Bitcoin/Cryptocurrency-technology.. sooner or later it will be all there is(except physical gold/silver ofcourse)

Right now and for the next 10-20 years I can't see the average PC user stepping away from Facebook. Right now I would go as far as saying 8/10 Facebook users do not want to think about anything such as an encrypted network, a fairly high percentage probably don't even realize what it means. Surely there will be a shift towards the "encryption and security" values EVENTUALLY but I can't see that happen any time soon. Probably not even before I've grown old and grey.

"Eventually"? No man, it's happening now! And pretty fast aswell, just as the development of cryptocurrencies is going really fast.. it's just that you won't read about it in newspapers owned by the people who own the current currency/bank
