I want a spell that he spent 100% of mana to train ml

very easy. I'm not at my computer now, but you can clone light healing(for example) and change require mana to cast spell from 20 to 100% . And change name of spell Light to Mana Down (for example ;p) and words utevo lux to exori mana.
