It is made under drawing health bar, so hide bars flag should work for it. Simply press ctrl+n - it should hide health and mana bar.

1- find this line
void Creature::drawInformation(const Point& point, bool useGray, const Rect& parentRect, int drawFlags)
remove all the code below that line , then replace it with the code of gugu15
