maybe functions and globals declared in mod are available only by this mod?
try putting myArenaLevel = 45450 line(with storage changed if you need it ofc) in npc or constants.lua(in lib)

attempt to call global 'myArenaLevelIs' (a nil value) so it shows so you don't have a function "myArenaLevelIs" therfor it print nil value. Do you have a pasted a MOD file? Show again your NPC file here cuted from yours OTS.

My problem is, when i pass on the teleport to Start arena, he teleports me on the 'leave' arena.. and when i go advanced the arena ground its the same, teleports me in the 'leave'..

Than use my script's and all should work fine, this one so you posted is not compatibile with my script...
Use my MOD and NPC from first post wihout changing something on the map and be sure so you pasted correctly all from side, it must work!
Of course you must change in MOD this:
KickPosition = {x=1273, y=881, z=6} --if the player leave the arena or time is over, where he go.
RewardsRoom = {x=1255, y=831, z=6} --rewards room position.
to yours positions.
 
Tom, the NPC do not work ._.

I paste you 2 npc file, and the msg in the console is the same..
I say 'hi', and he doesnt open the NPC Channel, and show the console this bugs.. :S

@up I remember it :p I trying to add onKill function when I check all then post him in my MOD
GuHB are you sure so your server not used before this storage's:
myArenaLevel = 45450 --here will be saved the arena level.
talkNPC = 45451 --Storage to check if the player have paid to the npc and can enter to the arena.
go to ask NPC about fight and check so do you have this storage's into your player_storage.

I changed the storage to many times and the 'bug' continue on the 'myArenaLevelIs'. :S

Yes, its not used.

I just paste your npc in to my server. DO NOTHING MORE in the NPC.

When i say 'hi' to NPC, i have the 'bug' in the console:
