You should make it that the poster of a video in the video page can remove the video posted and also that you can remove videos in the administration panel

Yes it is possible.

When someone is logged, and you can go to my videos, or when you click on view video below it there is moderating panel and both the author and admin can delete it

I have a question, I am new with this Modern AAC and so far I love it.. But I was just wondering how can I get access for the admin panel ? When I go http://127.0.0.1/index.php/admin I just come to http://127.0.0.1/index.php/account/login
