PAXTON, I tried installing Modern AAC on Xampp lite, it didn't work, when I filled up the form in http://localhost/install/, it redirected to http://localhost/install/index.php, and showed me a blank page... Maybe because it was xampp lite...

Use localhost instead of 127.0.0.1. ONLY Windows 7 guys can use 127.0.0.1 as I bet M$ created a bug for the hostname check...

Linux and all other Windows users need to write localhost unless they create a new account on 127.0.0.1 instead of localhost.

Actually, that's the stable version, both this and that have the same files and settings since the 0.1 version is rev 103, the same as this beta .
