Okay, but here is my experience with my Moist_Giraffe RPG..
I bought the map from Moist_Giraffe, he said "Nobody Has This Map, It's A Great Map, And I Won't Release It."

Also, he said, "Okay, I'll make you 1 mount and give you my mount system for 60 euro, also, didn't go well..

Also, the mount system is 10 euro and the spriting service for 20 euro, making it 30 euro... He also stole the mounts from Thanatos Server..

He scammed me for around 80 euro. I will never forgive him for that, and I hope that I will never make a custom map again, or buy one again, because they will just be released again and again by the seller.

Yea, I know, He starting selling all of the stuff after 30 days.. After I bought the item, So i couldn't do a chargeback..
And, yea I know, I just wanted everyone to know that he is a scammer I don't really care that I lost that money

Under the Berne Convention which is applied in Poland (where elf is from), and in the United States (where OtLand is hosted), copyright is automatic and for this kind of work it lasts until 50 years after the authors death.

Copyright under the Berne Convention must be automatic; it is prohibited to require formal registration (note however that when the United States joined the Convention in 1988, they continued to make statutory damages and attorney's fees only available for registered works).

I asked Moist_Giraffe if he was aloud to sell it or not a while ago when i bought forsaken from him, and he claims that he edited it to make it take up less memory so now he says its "his own". It's wrong in my book. -.-

He also bought my PayPal script and wrote in his description that he is selling PayPal script for Modern AAC (if he had one, why would he buy from me).
Then I told him, and he was just like "Oh, I mean Gesior AAC" (Ofc, I didn't believe, who would buy when there's a released one for Gesior AAC).

Apparently, that's what Moist_Giraffe thinks.

Edit : I made this thread to show that he is selling Elf's War System and that he is a scammer. I'm not trying to get my money back for all the people that posted that.
