Multypliers

Hello I'm 1.x(1.3 latest) and want to change multipliers from vocations.xml to be handle per character, so i want to make them work with SQL any ideas?

I want to do this to have only one vocation and depending on questing or outfits i can change the way they can skill/up faster or slower.

That would require a source modification and re-compile (yes apparently that second part has to be said as well nowadays).

The serialization of the vocation rates take place in vocations.cpp
