Looks alright. The rocks and dirt in the depot look a little odd. Is there a roof on your training building? If so the grass on the floor would have a hard time. Just keep adding more detail and variety and it should turn out pleasantly playable. It might also look a little better by turning "show spawn" or w/e off.

add grass turfs on the city ^^ it looks cool add some berry bushes too so players can 'Yum yum' :D
i dunno but houses looking same (square)
otherwise its looking nice for your first map :)

If you wants to be a great mapper and wants to make impressive mapping for Otland, you should cut off the mapeditor from your screenshot.

Very nice for your first mappings.

And oh, when taking screenshots using the map editor: turn off the viewmodes (spawns, houses, special tiles etc) so you just see the plain map and the creatures.
