Here are my main items, what are in-game and don't look "accurate" or could look better:

7969 = Spell Scroll (if this item is used, player learns a spell) [This would be ofcourse cool if spell scroll sprites have intial information: Vocation, Level Requirement, Type; But that would require ~50different sprites xD]
Change1 (if you can do animation sprites): Spell Scrolls look different depending on spell rarity: Common, rare, epic [spell scrolls can be obtained from, quest/missions/bosses]
Change2: Spell Scrolls look different depending on spell type: Support, Defence, Attack

2389 = Bonetip Spear (hunter [aka paladin] first main weapon)
This spear is only available after hunters complete first mission (collecting deer antlers)
Change: Make spear tip look more like its made of bone.

2190 = Magic Wand (druids and sorc first weapon)
Wands also shoot all elemental damage types at once.
Wands will alter player spells (some wands boost healing spell or add extra "twist" to it, some wands reduce cooldown effects, some wands add ground-control effect, etc)
It's not like this wand looks bad or anything. Here just let your imagination fly what kind of wand would look epic to you, i'm more than sure i will find use for it.

7458 = Fur Cap
This item can be obtained after completing mission what requires wolf furs.
Change: Would be more accurate if that cap fur look more grey
