My friends can't join ;(

Hello guys i would be so happy if someone could tell me how to fix this or what the problem is, ok
My server is on and i have been portforwarding and i'v been to "canyouseeme.org" and they can..
I can join my server but my friends can't!
They can come to the character list with the account manager but they can't join!
I have xampp, at database and stuff and i have opened the ports and allowed the server to go through "windows firewall"
Could someone please reply and help me fix the problem,
pehaps someone had the same issue and managed to fix it.

Well i don't know but now when ur here and active i will ask you how to change the pvp mode ingame

I'v been playing at servers and sometimes it says in a red text
"Gm <Name> has taken the action bannishment against <Playername> and comment <comment>" is that just an broadcast message or an aotu msg when he bans him?

That's an automatic message (configurable string broadcastBanishments in config.lua).

Press CTRL+Y to bring up the Rule Violation window or whatever it's called.
You previously said that it doesn't work for you?

Type in player name, select a reason for banishment, banishment type and add an optional comment?
