My friends can't join ;(

Hello guys i would be so happy if someone could tell me how to fix this or what the problem is, ok
My server is on and i have been portforwarding and i'v been to "canyouseeme.org" and they can..
I can join my server but my friends can't!
They can come to the character list with the account manager but they can't join!
I have xampp, at database and stuff and i have opened the ports and allowed the server to go through "windows firewall"
Could someone please reply and help me fix the problem,
pehaps someone had the same issue and managed to fix it.

you use the forgotten server or what?, u need open the port 7171, and 7272. this happened to me too.

I use the evolutions server, but did you have the same problem?
Could your friends see the char list but could not join?

open config make sure you write the correct ip
and check the port 7172

OKOK now the new problem that appeared is
My cap system doesn't work if i have 10000 cap and throws away an shovel the cap doesn't change.
Please as kind as you guys was before and help heh..

Yes, check header when the server is starting?? Or just scroll up if it's already online.
