First of all, hiding your no-ip is absolutely unnessecery as we can see your home IP.
But did you set that IP in config.lua?

Telling someone to use their IPv4 address is not specific, it could mean their loopback address(127.0.0.1) or maybe an internal address(192.168.x.x, 10.x.x.x, 172.0.x.x) or an external address(the one you are probably referring to). These are all IPv4 addresses in their decimal representation.
