Use TFS 0.3 Beta 2 or TFS 0.2 works fine with both.

Generally, my problem is that when Im convert map at 8.4, it does not want me then turn on the engine, he said something that the error "FATAL: [OTBM loader] Unknown OTBM version detected."

That's because you have to open your 8.31 map with a 8.4 mapeditor.
