Well it does not use a GUI for make the application window, you must to code it like C/C++
I prefer delphi

But i downloaded it, and i see its only for code the GUI Application, it does not have an GUI For can you put the controls into the window isn't?

If I got it right your asking for a GUI Form Creator or something, right?
Then simply use Koda, in Scite go to Tools and click Koda Form designer.
And now stop asking for help in here, this is not a support thread.
