Currently you can edit them in phpmyadmin - thats the only way for now.

Search for table: z_shop_offer

I had started working on an update for the gifts UI for the dev version, a while back but haven't done any web dev on opentibia for a while now.
I had so much on my todo list to finish before i stopped doing OT stuff.
I'll see where I got with the editor of this and when i find some time upload it, so it can be finished by someone.
I had worked on a few things if i remember correctly. Guild Editor, Gifts, Guild Wars, etc
