Yeah it was included into ShadowCores template, I removed it in latest version.

i have problem in first tibia layout, i dont see counter in console i got

There is nothing about the countdown.

Do you use tibiarl template, or which one? As I understood you correctly, you don't use tibiacom template, right?

BTW: this template is not supported by me, I won't commit any patches or fixes to it. It is abadoned.

Before load a plugin at Admin Panel just open file named as jquery.countdown.min.js at tools/plugins/start-countdown and then edit labels:
from

Lua:

to

If you already added a plugin then go into your site folder and at tools/plugins/start-countdown you will find such file.

Any possibilities to edit the design of it so that it comes as a headline on all the website? Like in the Telara-template for example.
