I have set all ports and etc.... And nobody cant connest to my acc page but they can connect to my ot server :S I have some problem of my acc config? my config

Not really, You can let it closed unless your going to connect via internet to your database and not local Cuz the web pages work like this "User->Web Page->DataBase" then the info will forward like this "Database->Web Page->User" so no need of forward port 3306...

I may be wrong, but golly, I was under the impression that if someone is visiting your page that is pulling information out of a database to show on said page, you have to open port 3306, as I was pretty sure that anybody trying to go to his ACC pages who isn't on his network, would be doing it from the internet :)

I didnt opened any port to run apache, mysql...

Only 7171 for my OT. (That's out of use atm)
