Mysql error

WHEN I START MY SERVER AND EVERYTHING IS FINE THEN ON THE CONSOLE IT COMES A LOT OF ERRORS AND ALL THE ERRORS ARE THE SAME "mysql_real_query(): SELECT FROM z_ots_communication WHERE "TYPE" login - MYSQL ERROR: TABLE otserv. z_ots_communication doesnt exist (1146)

thanks it fixed the error but it still lag for no reason
