Need a Sprite Editor for a Pokemon Server(Will Rep++)

Title says it. Thanks in advance. I used a regular dat editor found on here then exported the monsters from a particular pokemon client then tried to import those monsters to a different client but it had a bunch of popup windows because some of the sprites were more than 32x32 which I presume means I need a special editor.
