Wow, what Map Editor do you use?

Yours is double sexier than mine (Better)

Open the map editor
File > Preferences > Interface

and set
Terain Pallete Style = Large Icons
Item Pallete Style = Large Icons
Raw Pallete Style = Large Icons
Doodad Pallete Style = Large Icons

Than it'll look like Neons.
