Good to see your still going strong :), im serious about coming back and playing as well, but not until its near 100%, where im not going to get bored after 5 days, i want it to be a challenge

New map areas and hunting grounds are added pretty much every day.
We're staying as true to red/blue/green/yellow as possible, including some rather special places such as the Safari Zone and such :)

Map update:
Power Plant now added to the map. This building contains a very rare pokémon. Which pokémon? Either google it or explore it ;)

Update again:
Wild pokémon now have fairer levels, like Rattata is level 5, Pidgey lvl 4, which means it's fairer on new players (they can actually hunt stuff other than fish)
Also, wild pokémon levels can vary up to 10% either way, so if they're level 50 they can range from 45 to 55. Just small details to make the game more fun. If it's not enough of a range I'll make it 15% or 20%

I reckon go with 15-20% and i don't know if it's already like this but the higher level the poke the harder it should be to catch, it's probably already like that :P

already depends on your level and the poke level
I may make it closer to 20% to be honest, 'cos it'll vary it a little more and make hunting a little more interesting
 
if you have an antivirus software, it may be detecting as a false positive.
or is there an error in the extraction log?

Finally fixed...has to delete all the winrar program files..one of them got fucked up so the program was screwing up..Something like that.


Lagging so bad.... I know im not close to the host but still,ive played other ot and its the first time im lagging that bad. I lag less on 7.4 OT then this one . Looks great tough.

I've been ill the last few weeks, been really bad the last couple of days, but slowly getting better.

Also, we're doing (yet more) server maintenance soon so it should clear up.

I've not been on as much as usual the last week or so because of illness and work. But the time I am on, I'm usually fixing bugs that are reported so it's a lose-lose situation when I'm around now lol

Small update:
--Potions now heal 50% of your (maximum) HP if you use them on yourself.
--If a pokéball (any type) doesn't catch a wild pokémon, it has a 60% chance of being returned to you (as in the animé) otherwise it will break.
