No Item-Hotkeys in newer Version

Hey Guys,

is it possible to create an actual 9.6 or newer Server, without possibility to use Items on Hotkeys?

I want to use a very new real Tibia Map, but the "ingame aiming bot" doesn't should be able to use.

Or do I have to create an own client, with out this option?
