No Learn Spells in TFS

Hello !
Can any obe help me and tell me how to make all players made don't need to lean the spells.

I can't find in the config.lua like ; learnSpells = "yes" or "no"

Any Help in this ?

In spells.xml, configurate learn spells.

Easiest way to make that, is to download Notepad++ install it, open spells.xml and find needlearn=1 and auto replace it with needlearn=0 by the program

where can i find Notepad++?

Open notepad(by microsoft), click control + h and have this option.
