no white or red skull when atacking players.. why?

Suddenly on my server when i atackt some one i dint get white or red skull for atacking or killing players
what can couse this?

A god/cm changed pvp type to fully pvp-e/hardcore

maybe but i dont think so!
Couse non of them used that command yesterday i checkt loggeds but suddenly it workt after restart but at first it dint work.....
Prob some faggot put to pvpe
