The problem is obvious.

Just go to this page PortForward.com - Free Help Setting up Your Router or Firewall

Search for your router (you can find it on your router, (name of it))

When that's done, find "Tibia" in the list, and it will explain how you can open port for the game application tibia.

However, if your router is not listed there, and you know how to open ports, open the ports 7171 (Tibia connections), 3306 (MySQL Database), 8080 (If you're using an account manager homepage).

Also open these ports in your firewall to allow players from all over the world to connect to the gameworld.
