New exp rates have been applied to the server, its a bit more serious now.

1 - 8 = 35x exp rate
9 - 20 = 16x exp rate
21 - 35 = 8x exp rate
36 - 60 = 7x exp rate
61 - 100 = 5x exp rate
101+ = 4x exp rate
