NPC Limited Quantity of Items

Good day everyone,

Im wondering if it's possible to create a NPC that only sells certain quantity of items.

Let's say npc can only sell 10 amulets of loss per day.

make the npc give a storage everytime someone buys 1 amulet of loss + 1 for each consecutive use and then if storage == 10 (or w/e quantity) then deny the offer.
