npvp 8.60 ot any one know of one?

i really wanna play a npvp ot that is 8.60 but cant find 1 good one the reason being is my friend is fresh to tibia and wants to jump right in the action i understand and don't at the same time he wants to see what tibia brings to the table but doesn't want to grind just to find out he doesn't like it so does any one know of any?
