But I got a problem when I open the items.otb I get "Could not find a plugin that could handle client version 20" :/

I have an error. believe a new certificate to compile the program. but when I try to open the file AIR gives me error. tells me that the certificate is not the same as the program you help me?

The Object Builder will receive some love again. Thanks to otPokemon project that will give support for some fixes and features. Please keep reporting bugs and suggestions on GitHub.
There are no plans to support the versions 10.56+
