I am currently moved into a new home back in the sticks lol I have no internet connection other than my android phone I was wondering would it be possible to create a its just for me to play alone on just for something to do?

You just start configured otserv and connect on IP: 127.0.0.1
 
What do I have to download on my phone and transfer to my computer what all would I need could you provide links to the downloads please and thank you
