OT Manager, is (for now) a text editor (like notepad + +) that supports lua files and makes easy to edit or create script for open tibia.

also, notepad++ can do everything in the list excluding quest making
and supports tons of other languages and allows you to add new ones

its great project to train your skill but not really usefull tool
