I'm not sure how to approach this but besides the pokemon sprites looking great (they really do), the layout and the rest of custom sprites you are using doesn't share the same AA/sharpness or quality.

I liked the 'Medivia-like' minimap and the speech bubles but all the rest could use a rework from a graphic designer/spriter.
Also, a very important tip: Nintendo in the past has shutdown SEVERAL projects related to Pokemon. They are possibly the worst company to deal with when it comes to trademark. Are you really planning to keep using pokemon names/images on your client?
 
Regarding sharpness - I used waifu2x to increase sprites to 64x64.

Yes, Im just a c++ developer and i'm not good in graphic designing :)

Regarding trademark - Yes i know about that issues. Right now I'm not sure how to solve that (pokemons were easly accessible from my prev project), but probably will try to buy completely new monsters.

I can tell, the problem is that only your pokemons have passed through waifu2x.

Follow the same approach for all other sprites (if you haven't already), this way you'll enforce they all have the same style and doesn't seem like pokemons are on top of a background
 
Unfortunately everything was passed through waifu. I have to think about something else to increase the sharpness.
