OTClient otclient won't start

I compiled otclient using VS2019 and got no errors.

When I open otclient, it won't start.

Any errors? You have your client in the correct folder? + dlls?

Ya. I also tried the otclient someone compiled, and that wouldn't run either. The only thing that works is using the 2015 otclient on Windows builds.
