Suggestion Otland Chat (Similar to Facebooks)

Hi, I'm suggesting to Otland to add a chat system, not like the big box, but something similar to facebooks.

Reason I'm suggesting this?
Its getting annoying having to wait for some kind of notification to inform you that you have a message.

There is an option on the facebook one, so if its extremely close then this on could possibly have that option 80% chance probly of having it ?
