In Peroxide's case it was that the config file had been overwritten by null bytes (no idea how that happened though), anyone else with crashes could either try to remove the config file, it should be in your local appdata/OtLand/, or if you can't find it there's another way to run the IP Changer with fresh settings: simply rename the exe file.

Well Talaturen and I managed to fix mine by going to
C:\Documents and Settings -> User -> Local Settings (This may be hidden) -> Application Data -> OtLand -> OtLand_IP_Changer.exe_StrongName_4csjbwxh2bg2p0khxzrwk45bgd12iz0z -> 1.0.0.0 ->
Then delete the user.config file

If it has worked before, try renaming the .exe file and starting it again. If the IP Changer never has worked for you, then you need .NET Framework 3.5 (download link in the first post).

It shows the latest version you have installed. You can add clients in settings, but it's optional. If you have 8.7, you can run it and then click on Apply and it will apply on your 8.7 client. If you want it to launch client for you, you have to add 8.7 in settings.
