It will be released as open source project in march 2013.

That's the most stupid thing I've recently read on this forum, just because it bases on the same framework doesn't mean it's a copy.

Page layout is almost identical to shadowcores (columns, buttons, sometimes colors). It doesn't mean it's a complete copy of shadowcores, but it have got the similar layout.

...and that's because Shadowcores is using the same commonly available framework. Their styling isn't unique and you will find plenty of very similar looking sites.

this project is not dead. I decided to rewrite it to some other framework - Laravel.

Shadowcores and otweb uses Twitter Bootstrap, isn't a copy

Well, not really. I'm actually on intern so I'm working at account maker in spare time. But I believe that late march looks real.
