You can remove all those files with the browser :p
But I'll say good job anyways and for the record I didn't test it, I'm scarred of downloading .exe's from other people who I don't know :p

You should release it over there for feedback and improvements.

Defrag.exe already exists on your computer so including it is not necessary.
So just use:

CCleaner also fixes the registery. Maybe you should also add that to your progam :)
