People breaking into un-owned houses!

Im having this problem with creating houses. I create the building, put down the house tiles, set the exit where the door is and put a locked door. But for some reason players can open the doors, stand in the square and close the door so they are in the house but they cant move.

What did I do wrong and is there a way I can fix it without ripping my map appart?

Also Im on Windows and using Remeres Map Editor.

Im not sure what you mean. But I put the house exit where the door should be.

The house doors that face south and east are fine. But the doors that face north and west people can get in.

check this video you might not know spanish, but a video its better than a thousand words, so i belive you will get how to do them
