Scripter [Php Scripter] Are u the best Php scripter?

Hello,

As project i started creating an website for my bos, I'm currently working in an "Tyre storage" And what i'm asking is could some one make me an design? Since i dont have the right eye to make it. If you want somting back for it just send send me an Picture of the design your offering me + what u want for it.

Design should have:
-Title should be Profile Tyrecenter Nout
-Our logo (can be found HERE )
-Pictures or somting that has to do with tyres
-it has to beat http://www.profile-heuver.nl/
-USername+ Password place (I'll make it working just add it in the design)

-Buttons that have the text "Personenwagens, Trucks ,Landbouw,
industrie & grondverzet MPT, Motors)
-Slide buttons like on the site http://www.profile-heuver.nl/ (put your mouse on (VESTIGINGEN) and you wil see what i mean

U can design an website with html/php/xhtml
