[PHPBB Website] Dropdown navigation menu :)

Hey guys,I've been trying for like an hour now and I can't seem to get the dropdown navigation to work so I've decided to post here for some help.
I am able to get the button(or whatever it is called) to the navigation menu however when I hover over it nothing happens. There was already one by default
in the theme Im using so I decided to just copy+paste it and change the id but it did not work.


overall_header.tpl (file where the nav. menu is located)

This is a very specific question, you should try the PHPBB support forums. Normally this would be done with CSS.
