Lua player does not attack with your weapon

my problem is that , when entering an event in this case capture the flag , the players who entered the event can not attack using your weapon, can only attack with spells ,
in the event ctf

event outside ctf

the strange thing is that by killing that player , the player can now attack with your weapon ( only when he dies )

I realized that only about monsters not attack anyone after attacking a monster and change console and I'm thinking that perhaps something in lua
