Please help me a guy said he can crash my ot [rep++ if you find me an answer]

A guy said he can crash my ot and if I ban his ip adres he will disconnect his modem and return with another ip , I saw people crash ots like this so he can do it too. What should I do? Please help? I rep++ if you help

He crashed it,a frien told me he used a bug with using 2 chars on a house or something like that please help
