Yeah but it was like 10 years ago I played it last..
& I know its there and I know it costs alot of money but apparently you can get a ticket that gives you a free one? o_o

Yeah, you need to go to the city under cerulean, can't remember the name. But it's in a big house in the south-western part of the town, under or over the gym. I'm not entirely sure about this and I'm gonna ask my friend later C:
