Where's that at?

Also, anyone know where Bulbasaur is? I already caught a Squirtle and know where Charmander is, but I can't for the life of me find lil Bulba..
 
what should i catch now? i have bellsprout,spearow,pidgey,diglet,poliwag and rattata
 
Mankey is a really good pokemon. Also, Magnemite destroys flying pokemon, so maybe try to get one of those.

think that he cannot make paypal now coz he has only 3 servers and some hoours they three are 350/300 coz of premiums... i think he is not really gonna try to fix it until he make new servers
