Cant get on website servs up strange but need to go to bed anyways need to get up 4 pm i think its 4 pm or 04.00

Someone should do some sort of "leveling tutorial" for noobs like me, I feel like Im wasting my time fishing all day for basically shitty money and exp so I dont know if Im doing things wrong or what.

Im lvl 9, and I suck horribly at this game :$
