Is it MUCH better than the regular Poke Balls, or not?

Neon, It is better to buy many normal poke balls instead of a better poke ball.
The better poke balls should be used for rare pokémons

yes it is, I remember that Dragonball OT was good in beginning but it was 50 online max and 300 on waitlist xD

I were level 13 when I logged out in Pokecenter in Cerulean and now Im 12 with like 40% to 13?!? what the fuck....
 
Ya indeed cool , to bad they cant host 3servers/900 people/200 waitinglist each server without lagg :/ i know it is almost impossible
