I used internet explorer when I downloaded it. It worked perfectly. I think he's just short on a few things (Maybe brain cells isn't one of them after all). I think what the issue is here, is that he doesn't have winrar or another archiver. That's why he can't open the download. The server files are downloaded in an archive.
