well i really hope they improve the hosting and fix the lags coz this server has a great future into it if all go well in some days i mayb try to get prem

You will get it through paypal but who knows they might fix SMS support also.
We're playing since almost the start, I'm sure we will be able to be afford prem for ingame money from other players when that is getting popular. The prem isn't such a big advantage from my knowledge anyways

There's waiting list for prem, there's no new areas for pokemons with prem. You can just access some more shops and use boats from what I know.

Clothes rox but not needed. Houses, what do you need to showoff on this server? Saffari zone! This is probably the best thing

but comparing to other servers where donation REALLY makes you powerfull this is nothing.

Mount = (Cant you ride on pokemons at free acc? :S)
Teleport = Go get an Abra xD
Clothes = No needed the one you got is good enough
Saffari Zone = Buy from some Prem who can fix you the pokemon you want from there ^^
House = I dont want a house XD I cant even afford a pokemon so.. xD Always able to get inv to somebodys house so lol xD
