well think about it.

if you dont get it with the ultra ball youll be like omg i just wasted all that money.

but with the poke balls you miss you got 15 chances to do it again. :D
 
I tried to catch a bellsprout wit the ultra ball first time i catched it,and i tried to catch a bellsprot with poke ball i lost 24 balls and i dont catch it
